A: Diamond Spa Home Aqua-Therapy System is a newly introduced Home Spa System. It turns regular tap water into health water. With its Filtron filtration layer, it is able to filter sand, mud, rust etc. that are 10 times finer than a strand of hair. The water is further treated in three additional layers of filters. The magnetic energy of natural ores will thoroughly get rid of the chlorine and chemicals, turning the tap water into health water. Filter A lasts for 9-12 months (using cold water) or 6-9 months (using hot water). Filter B lasts for 3 months. The Vitamin C Filter last for 3 months (using cold water). Using it to filter out pollutants like rust and chlorine with an extra function of protecting the skin and hair, all achievable in a bath, is worth more than the price you pay for.
IV. About the Installation Process

Q: What is the basic requirement for installation?

A: Under normal condition, when the water pressure is at 15-90 psi, Diamond Spa can achieve its best effects. If the water pressure is above 30 psi, installation can be carried out. We can have a test on this anytime if you wish.

Q: Is my current water heater suitable for the installation of Diamond Spa?

A: The types of water heaters suitable for the installation of Diamond Spa are:

Q: Do the filters of Diamond Spa need to be washed regularly? How do I wash them?

A: It is suggested that the high density Filtron filtration layer be washed once every 1-2 weeks to maintain well functioning. The washing procedure is fairly simple. Just open the white cover in the System with the accompanied tool and remove the Filtron. Then brush away the dirt on the surface gently with clean water. Please be reminded that little force should be used as overbrushing may affect its filtering function. (Please follow the instructions in the Product Manual)

Q: How long is the warranty period for Diamond Spa?

A: The Warranty period for Diamond Spa is one year. (Based on the product Warranty Card)
